omg this works !!! lol like after 2 days i felt like i couldnt even sit down XD... but when you do the yoga exercise it helps to keep the pain down :P plus more flexible. hehe everyone should try this you. you will never feel anything so effective in 10 minutes!!!

I saw the commercial for this on TV, and there were guys using it too.
Working out for 10 minutes is better than none at all, so you should use it.

i think you misunderstand what women mean by saying they dont want to "bulk up." I know i will never look like a body builder, but even sometimes britney spears looks a little bulky to me. madonna is bulky.... that sort of thing. we want to look like kate hudson, or eva longoria. i mean thats just me.... but the term bulking up doesnt mean the same thing to men and women.

Ten Min Trainer is FUN FUN FUN. Ten minutes is just right. I've had it for a week and I really like it.

Yeah its 1 part aerobics+weight training, 3 parts diet+ exercise. Even working full out, you can't burn more than 15 calories a minute, so this is only good for about 150 calories max.
