I'm gonna change from OL to RB. I'm not all that fast either but I can carry a lot of weight and can flatten some varsity DBs. My YouTube age is not my real age. I need some tips like you.; All the advise I can give you is to work on "flicking" your feet when running, do a lot of calf stretches, and run a couple miles a day. You might not be the fastest, but you definately will have the most endurance. I'm doing Nordic skiing, try it for yourself, or jog on the treadmill for 3 hours.

Oh, BTW, skiing teaches the same principles in changing directions, like at 2:50. Get low when changing too. Don't expect your speed to get you anywhere. You'll slip if you don't change levels. Hope this helps.

i was a reciever but realized my talents were in the half back field so I switched and now I'm trying to learn all there is to know about carrying the ball without fumbling and proper leg strengthining excersizing.

This is Noel Devine, (look me up on my channel) and I say from experience that as a runningback the hardest thing to do is the after contact spin. But once you learn that, you'll make touchdowns every game

im a runningback and i think the most difficult part is getting through the line but only when yer o line is asleep on you.
