CES 2008: Kicker ZK500 Zune Speaker Dock
BackThis is an interview with Brian Ganz from Kicker, and he walks me through the features of the new ZK500 Zune speaker dock. This video was taken at CES 2008 in the very noisy car audio section, so the audio isn't as clear as it could have been.
Check out Zune Thoughts ( ) for Zune news and reviews.

is this thing rechargeable?
ThoughtsMedia (September 24, 2008 at 3:59 pm)
Nope, because it doesn't have a battery - it's not a portable dock, it needs to be plugged into power.

the back sub wofer have its own voice coil? , electrified, or are reflex, have a diaphragm moved by waves of air and in this case they can be that of the front speackers
ThoughtsMedia (August 14, 2008 at 1:48 pm)
Ok, but is that something I can tell by looking at it? Maybe if you look at the spec sheet on the Kicker site and figure out what you want to know?

ThoughtsMedia (August 14, 2008 at 1:28 pm)
They call it a sub-woofer, but I don't know what a "reflex diafram" is? If you tell me maybe I can answer your question. :-)

It's an actual sub-woofer not a passive radiator.
