Okay, this girl is driving me crazy. I am a woman, and I rarely use any weights less than 12 pounds on anything, and I don't get "big"! Women always say they want to look like me, and I tell them to lift heavier. Unless you want to be skinny with absolutely no muscles. Women CANNOT get huge!

Who is she certified through, A.C.S.M., A.C.E., N.A.S.M.? All the research I've ever read indicates that only around 2% of women possess testosterone levels high enough to ever "get big", without steroids. I have a client that can curl 15 pounders for reps and her biceps aren't any bigger than Kim's.
