My Weight loss Montage from week 0-5 showing the difference in my body each week. Overall I lost 5.5 lbs, 17 beats per minute (heart rate) and 3% body fat.

Although I only lost 5 lbs the results are AMAZING! Can you believe your eyes?

jazzi: cleanse your system? CLEANSE YOUR SYSTEM? Cut the new age crap! you sound like the typical brainwashed obese failure! As if one juice would cleanse anything but your gullible mind. Program? PROGRAM? Any weight loss PROGRAM turns into a weight gain program! You have to change yourself, cut the rotten american way and avoid any MANMADE food throughout the week, have some trash on weekends. You gotta do HARDCORE workout or you will fail! God i wish i could kick your fat dumb ass to success.

Wonderful job Tonya. 5 weeks and the improvements are amazing. i was just searching articles on youtube and i was about to drink a Dr. Pepper; but i decided to drink cranberry juice to cleanse my system and start my weight loss program. Overall, i'm proud of you and keep up the excellent work.

oh my jeezy....u looking good im startin my workout plan this week im givin myself a still feb to tone up n get my tummy flat ...im at 155 but i have a belly n no but so i look at it this way if my tummy is flat n i lift my butt i would look great i love my body even more...i was n a relationship at 155 by the end of i was 220 now im bac at 155 but not tone guys say keep it jus lik it is but 15lbs want hurt me n a tone up..look 4 my video soon..kisskiss
