Allegheny Convair 580 @ Rochester

Test video I uploaded with my new video capture card. I still need new drivers for it and the video quality does not do the original justice, but it is taken from my Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 with custom scenery for Rochester International Airport (ROC), a custom designed ALLEGHENY Airlines Convair 580, custom Convair 580 panel, and a custom Allison Engine sound file. Pay close attention to those Allison engine sounds, because I customized the sound file myself! In this brief start-up sequence, I employed ATC and live weather (it was snowing at ROC at the time) and you can see other traffic in action as well. This is very close to the PUUUUURRRR-fect sound I grew up with at Bradford Regional Airport as a kid! Enjoy!

Thanks! That was the sole video upload I succeeded in making. Took a whole week to get it and was still not satisfied. Really touchy software in my system, anyhow. Tons of system crashes, and now that I'm on Windows Vista, I need to look to a new card altogether, so I pulled that capture card out. Maybe one of these days I'll find a good one and begin some major uploads.

Thanks! I'm gonna need a new video capture card before attempting another upload tho. That video file sucked compared to the original due to a very finicky capture card, and now that I am on Windows Vista, the card I used is useless! Of course, with a good system, Flightsim 2004, and all the scenery, aircraft, panel, and sound upgrades, you can fly your own 580's!
