please do, i have not read the books for quite some time. Im sure though that Achilles's death is reported in Aethiopis which is greek literature following on from the iliad, but not made by Homer. Aethiopis reports the end of the trojan war and Achilles's death. U are right though tmrock99,Paris kills him with arrows guided by apollo, so i agree with u on the death, just not where it is reported, because i say Achilles's death is in Aethiopis not in the iliad.

I would have to disagree my friend, as acceeding Patroclus's death in book 23, BOOK 24 talks about Priam entering the Greek camp secretly. He begs Achilles for Hector's body, and it is taken away and given a funeral, at which Helen and Andromache both make some comments, and then his body is burned on a pyre. That is pretty much it, for book 24. Feel free to reply, and
