They have and always have had a hefty hooligan element as well as a massive loyal proper local following (manchester is after all a big northern city) as well as a massive cockney and worldwide following. and sadly yes also a load of corporate freeloaders in the stadium. That's what happens when you're the world biggest club. But you wouldn't know that. Because you're a tool.
