Screw the critics and so-called experts. Something about Paul Potts gets to me. Never liked opera before hearing him sing it. Isn't that the measure of music anyway? What moves you, and gets into your soul? Pavarotti may have been great, but he couldn't do that. I will buy every CD Paul Potts makes.

Pretty much exactly right. He's a superb opera "singer" but I much doubt that he will ever be an opera performer. Great singing of the song but may lack the passion of the language. I still love his music!

there is a lot of people with the talent this is just and stupid show with and amazing contester in the wrong place this guy sholud be singing next to pavarrotti no in american idol but hell ywah he rocks

Per capire che POTTS ha tanta strada da fare ancora basta essere nati in Italia ed essere educati ad ascoltare la nostre melodie per capire la differenza tra un grande interprete ed una grande voce. Dopo Pavarotti, Placido Domingo è un grande interprete...Il cantante d'opera deve studiare, applicarsi, soffrire.. e imparare PERFETTAMENTE l'italiano...
