Montana is the greatest QB ever, no question. Nobody ever embodied the phrase "icewater in his veins" more than Joe. The debate starts with who is #2 (and no, I'm not a 49er fan).

The end of the Dallas dynasty, the beginning of the 49ers great run during the 80's. I remember watching the game when I lived in Marquette, Michigan in my freezing cold apartment.

I know of quite a few teams that have been horrible for lengthy periods of time, including the 80s/early 90s Tampa Bay Bucs (before they got rid of their creamsicle orange uniforms), the Indianapolis Colts before the Manning Era, and the Cincinnati Bengals since 1990.

I'm not a New York Giants fan(I'm a New England Patriots fan), but I like "The Catch(Manning, to Tyree, on 3rd & 5 with 1:15 left in the 4th quarter in Super Bowl XLII)," more than this "The Catch(Montana, to Clark, in the 1981 NFC Championship Game)."
