I suggest you do a little research before accusing me of that.
Although many ARCA cars were used in NASCAR, and some NASCAR teams use ARCA as a bit of a "farm team" for up and coming drivers, it is not governed by NASCAR.

Thats right. Arca is stock car racing but not in the Nascar series. Only 3 in Nascar Series are Craftsman trucks, Nationwide, and of course Sprint Cup.

Those are the well known ones, yeah, but we can't overlook the Canadian tire series, the Corona series, and the regional stuff (i.e. Whelan).
